Leflunomide Advice

Hello, I'm kind of newly diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis and I have been offered Leflunomide, I am really nervous of taking anything really re side affects and immune system suppression and catching something potentially serious like pneumonia whilst on the drugs so I haven't started treatment yet. I just wondered if anyone on here is on that drug and has been happy on it with few issues? Thanks :)

I see from your post you have 'sort of' recently been diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA). I take it you have been having symptoms for a while.

Of course it is a worry when first starting any medication, but you should be monitored very carefully to ensure you are coping with the drug.
