Hello from a new member

Hi everyone,

My name is Mark and I have been suffering with osteoarthritis, fibromyaglia and chronic fatigue for about 3-4 years after I broke my back. I am keen to meet more people who understand the struggles of daily life with these conditions and chronic pain in general.

I would love to know if there are any in person support groups to make some new friends.

You have OA, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue and are keen to meet people who understand the daily challenges living with arthritis. You have come to the right place. We are a friendly group who provide a safe place to support each other and our families whilst living with arthritis.

We are all being encouraged to keep our muscles and joints as mobile and flexible as possible and so I include the stretching videos which you can tailor to suit your own condition and your own pace.
