Hello everyone, I was recently diagnosed with arthritis. I don't know if it's only me but I feel like each year is worse than the last. Nowadays though I just shut down, become a little depressed then my joints get painful. I did research and apparently it's fatigue. I don't know if there's any suggestions on this. Thank you.
