Hi
I have arthritis in my neck and back.
Had knee replacements 2015 and 2016 due to arthritis.
I am wondering if anyone has found massage helpful.

I understand that you have arthritis in your spine and neck and are wondering if massage is helpful. Complimentary therapies, including massage, can be very good treatment for arthritis but do need to be carried out by a professional with knowledge of how arthritis affects the body.
