Hello Hello to you too @colingrimes welcome to the online community. You have certainly come to the right place for information about knee osteoarthritis.
I don't know whether you have read this information about Osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee?
Now that you've said hello please do have a look around and join in if you feel you wish to on any thread. Living with Arthritis is the busiest category after Say Hello. Also worth a look is the 'search' at the top right of the page with the magnifying glass icon.
Best wishes
Ellen.

Hello @colingrimes
Welcome from me too.
I think the top ten tip is to lose weight but this is not easy when you're less mobile due to pain is it🙄 For some reason I think of all the joints the knee dislikes us carrying extra weight the most.
I have no idea whether you can do these exercises at all with the previous cruciate ligament operation (not if the link with work) but they might be worth a try if your Dr says it's ok?
Take care
Toni
