Newbie
Hi I’m new here and looking for some help and advice. Following on from my 5 year all clear of Cancer the medication led to a diagnosis of fibromyalgia and arthritis.
my biggest problem at present are my toes, knees and ankles, constantly clicking when I walk and the pain keeps me awake at night.
Any tips please ? 💜

Hi @Ginny123
Welcome to the online community. Congratulations on getting 5 years all clear of cancer that is really good news.
I see from your post that you have now been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Arthritis. You have certainly come to the right place to get tips to manage the conditions.
I am going to attach a couple of links which might be of use to you. I also suggest you have a good look around the forum - use the search icon top right hand side of the page if it helps - and join in any relevant thread if you want to.
Living with Arthritis tends to be the most popular category after Say Hello.
My very best wishes
Ellen.

Hi @Ginny123
Welcome from me too.
I don't know if it might help but your GP might prescribe a slow release painkiller/anti-inflammatory which might make sleeping a bit easier?
Also some of us use pillows strategically placed they can help us get more comfortable.
Nothing worse than not being able to sleep at night.
I hope that link works
Take care
