Arthritic neck, shoulder and lower back - age doesn't help!
I am having a scan later this month but I suspect my genes are to blame. Plus bending over a desk for over 45 years... I was also an enthusiastic tennis player in my youth (with a big serve).
Commiserations with all of you who struggle on a daily basis, keep slapping on the gel. Warmth at night helps me to get some sleep. I go weekly to an exercise class (gentle) to keep moving.

Hello @Nanna60
Hope all goes well with your scan later this month.
I to was very sporty when younger and bent over a desk for many years but would not change my life style as I enjoyed it at the time 🤷♂️
I have RA and OA but keep moving daily (when I can) after being so active hard to stop but have to what suits you and your body I found the following courses useful....
Please keep posting and let us know how you are getting on and I am sure others will connect with you soon.
With best wishes

Hi Dilys (@Nanna60 )
Welcome from me too.
I like your attitude! Keep slapping the stuff on and hoping for the best.😁
Sometimes that's all we can do.
So you had a good time playing tennis 🎾 at least those will be good memories and something to be proud of too.
I hope you'll decide to keep posting
