Hi @pastabites
Had mine done in October 2020 and was back at my keyboard working as a PA six weeks later it was hard work post recovery but worth it. Listen to your hand therapist and do your exercises at least five times a day once you're out of plaster. I had mine removed two weeks post op
Sadly now I have problems in the same wrist unrelated to the trapeziectomy.
Love n hugs
trish xx

Dear @Trish9556
thank you so much! My doctor (back in Italy, where I am from) told me i will keep this soft cast for 3 weeks (excuse to fly home often!) before daily physio.
I had braced myself for very long recovery indeed, but it's really encouraging to hear of your experience, and I am sorry your wrist problems :(
