Just wanting to say "hello" to all and looking for advise for out of water exercise for myself.
I have Fibromyalgia, OA in hands, hips, knees and feet, scoliosis, 5 herniated lumber discs and inflamed facet joints. I am currently awaiting a hip replacement and have had previous surgery in both hands and feet.
I go swimming weekly but struggle with out of water exercise as with the issues stated above, exercise for one area can aggravate another area. Any advice would be really appreciated โค๏ธ

Hello @Sqweekybones welcome to the online community
You have arthritis in multiple joints and are asking about out of water exercises to help keep you as mobile as possible. Swimming is a great way to exercise and you are wise to do that as often as you can. There are some new stretching videos which many members find helpful. They are easy to follow and you will be able to pick and choose which suit you best.

There are some useful discussions about hip surgery which you might be interested in reading. Go to the small magnifying glass symbol top right and type in hip surgery. I hope you get your date through soon and everything goes well.
Take care
