Hi, Just dropped in to say hello. I have osteoarthritis in my hip, hands, feet etc. (knees currently still working )

It does make me depressed as finding it difficult to accept that I am old!!! 😊 I’m sure I’m not alone with that! Looking forward to reading the experiences and advice of others.

I’ve started browsing the info on here and finding it very helpful so wished I’d found it sooner.
