Hello, I am 53 looking to chat to people with similar conditions, what they do to improve daily life and have a general chat

    I think quite a few of us have made good friendships on here.

    I'-m not here as regularly as I used to be but, for regular chats why not 'drop in' to the Val's Cafe forum on Chit Chat. Also on Chit Chat, I think there's a thread on hobbies.

    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
