Please help I think I'm getting worse

My back is starting to hurt from side. I had shingles goes and left with nerve damage Dr gave me plasters.

I know I can't do anything but anything helps. I can't walk far had hip op

I was ok till I had shingles. Lost my husband its all stress sorry just wanted to write it down

Hello @Simpson sorry to hear you have shingles on top of everything else. It does seem to be mounting up but you are among friends here so. Hopefully it helps to write it down and perhaps others can give you some (more helpful) advice.

I am so sorry you are suffering so much. I know how painful shingles is. My friend who had cancer and also caught shingles that was what was the most painful for her. Unbelievable pain.

I wish I had an answer but think maybe if I was you I'd be ringing the helpline here. They are just lovely people I have rung them up twice in the past and just cried for ages, but gosh it did help just speaking to someone who cared.
