Hello from my wife and I
Hi
My wife is looking at a kneecap replacement due to arthritis in the joint.
I have been told that my increased restriction in my hip and leg movements is down to arthritis so am looking forward to hearing others' experience in day to day management. I have been given stretching exercises by a physio but wonder about possible supplements alongside these?

Hi both! My doctor has recommended Vitamin D and Glucosamine Sulfate for my OA. But omega 3 and some anti-inflammatory foods are not allowed for me. I would recommend speaking to your doctor before jumping headfirst into supplements...certain (and possibly unrelated) medications can be contraindicated with some supplements, and some conditions can be exacerbated by them.
