Itching & rash - Enteropathic arthritis

Hi, does anyone have any remedies for this? I’m having a severe flare & the itching on my neck & chest is waking me up. Pharmacist has advised antihistamines & E45 but the antihistamines did nothing & I don’t fancy putting a paraffin substance on my skin.

    I've just run a simple internet search on E45 alternatives which has one up with a lot of different options depending on your needs.

    Personally I swear by either E45 or cetraben as both of these provide me with the best results
