Knee pain

hi everyone. I have widespread arthritis. My knees are one of the most affected area. The thing is most of the pain cones from behind my knees, not so much on the knee itself and the area is really sore to touch. As I said my arthritis is widespread, it’s in my spine and my feet, my hands and my knees….Thanks for reading my post…Jan xxx
