Bone pain
I’m trying to work out what is going on with my fingers. I am now getting pain that seems to be in the bones of my fingers rather than the joints (getting that too but I know that pain). I clicked my fingers to get someone’s attention today and the pain felt like I had broken my finger (I hadn’t). Warmth doesn’t seem to make any difference and am wondering if I should go back to the doctor or wait it out & see if it goes away. Any ideas?

Morning @FClayton
Definitely go back to doctors or consultants for advice.
I have Palindromic Rheumatoid Arthritis and with my condition pain moves around body. Flares ups last up to 3 days well used to anyway.
Recently my neck/shoulders/elbows/wrists and fingers are all suffering and seems again to move around them no rhyme or reason.
I spoke to consultant who advised osteoarthritis therefore mechanical??? I try hot and cold compresses which helps. I do exercises which again do help. Obviously pain relief for my PRA all help but sadly does not go away completely.
I am awaiting another appointment to discuss further as symptoms not easing at all. People say its the weather which I questioned but am seriously thinking they may be right.
Good luck and try following links for exercises ......
Hopefully it will go away for you take care @Naomi33
