Hello - osteoporosis and DDD and suffer with terrible lower back pain
Hi can anyone help me with some information I have osteoporosis and DDD and suffer with terrible lower back pain I have just bought ANOTHER sofa which is no good for my back and was wondering if a rocking kneeling chair would bez any good for me it seem after reading about them they are good for office workers with back pain and they help with posture and take the strain off your lower back. Does anyone have any input about them. Any physiotherapists reading this know anything about them I would love you feed back as I am at my wits end to get relief from pain to be able to sit to watch tv without pain. Thanks Mary H
