Hi
I have now been diagnosed OA in both knee's I am constantly in pain especially when iam working. I work as school cleaner and it's very physical my question is how much is too much as while I've been on school leave I feel much better although pain not gone altogether and pottering around the house isn't quite the same as work .where do you find a balance in pain 😢

@Karond123. I would recommend a pedometer to find out how many steps you walk so you can find a better idea of what steps really hurt and what steps don't, then you can set yourself a limit that will affect your routine. Also to be aware that just standing up is going to hurt, so it could ultimately be about how long it is before you manage to sit down for a rest as well.
