Mobility exercises

I was amazed how my mobility deteriorated following my sedentary lifestyle over the Christmas period. Prior to this I was doing Jay's morning routine and Leon's movement for life at least 5 days a week.(these really suit my condition - osteoarthritis of the knees and hands).

I started them again this week and can ready feel the difference in pain levels and flexibility.

So it's back on track for me while I wait for my knee replacement.
