Arthritis/circulation affecting hands
I think it's pretty common these days to have these problems affecting the hands by pins and needles, tingling etc which can become painful especially for the Elderly.
I am wondering if any of the Community has any tips to improve the situation in addition to hand exercises.

I don't have any tips from experience, @Oldfella90 . Maybe a 'pleasure'? in store. I'm a big believer in exercising joints, though. It's kept me going for years. Might it be worth seeing a physio? Maybe more exercises for eg shoulders might help. Keep everything flowing well. Especially if it's some time since you saw one.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Hi @Oldfella90
There are some helpful discussions about compression gloves etc which you might find useful, if you go to the magnifying glass symbol (top right) click on and type into search.
