Arthritis in the spine

Hello.

My name is Julie, I came across this group and was hoping there are people like me who live in constant pain.... I'm only 47 and was very active until December last year when my back problems got really bad.

Before that I have suffered with aches and pains but nothing as bad as it is now...

So hoping to find online friends who understand what I am living with everyday.

One thing you can be sure of is that there are many forum members who live with constant pain so you’ve come to the right place to meet people who can relate to your situation.

In order to help members to respond appropriately can I suggest that you elaborate just a little on your first post, for example, is it osteoarthritis you’ve been diagnosed with, are you taking any medication, etc.

The forum is a very friendly environment so I’m sure you’ll receive some useful feedback.
