Living with osteoarthritis
I have good days and that means I can get out in my garden, do some baking, walk my dogs (very slowly and using a stick ). I have to be careful as my body has its limits and trigger.
I have bad days and that means my body is not happy and I get chronic mobility issue, unbelievable pain and discomfort and I become house bound. That makes you feel alone and I have no one who suffers to talk to. Then I found this group today and joined straight away, so hello everyone, I look forward to chatting with you 😀

Take care, one day at a time.

Hello @Secretgarden39 and welcome to the online community.
Sorry to hear you are struggling but still trying to fight your condition.
I like you have good days and bad days and little but often as I can. Not ventured in garden yet to cold for me.
I have Pallindromic Rheumatoid Arthritis and was diagnosed last year then later in the year diagnose with Osteoarthritis on right track hopefully with my medications.
I found the following courses helpful too.....
Please keep posting I am sure the community will connect with you and support you through.
Best wishes @Naomi33
