Hi - Emma123! I am new too and don't know what to do either!! I have my first rheumatology appointment booked for 12th February after a sun holiday. I am really hoping the warmth will help. I am just wondering what to expect at my first appointment. Any pointers would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Hi @emma123
Welcome to the versus arthritis forum.
I see that you've just joined and are wondering what to do next. Well it's up to you but what newcomers normally do is to provide some background as to what brings you here, a brief summary of your history arthritis and what you're looking to get out of joining e.g. advice from fellow members, the opportunity to talk to others with similar arthritis experience, etc.
I hope you find joining the forum rewarding for you.
Best wishes
