in Living with arthritis

I just wanted to say hello and thanks for welcoming me into your group

I was diagnosed yesterday with osteoarthritis in my good knee!?!? I also have fibromyalgia and mental health issue. I'm looking forward to learning more about arthritis and how I can live a normalish life with it
