Working with pain

Hi

I do you work with pain I find myself less able to carry my duties with my job without having to sit down every two minutes ( school cleaner) this is having a effect on both my moral and me feeling inadequate. I am both worried financially and health wise the whole thing seems a circle of pain and worry ..

    What does your GP say?

    Are you able to get advice from Citizen's advice? Local Councilor?

    Even if you are not in a union, you can probably get advice from a local rep.
