Rebound side effects

Hi all, I'd appreciate some advice....

I've been taking methotrexate (20mg oral dose) for approx 6 months. All initial side effects settled down after a few weeks but lately they've returned (nausea, fatigue, hair loss) with a bang! I'm due a routine blood test next week and have asked the rheumatology nurse specialist for an appointment. Just wondering if anyone else on here experienced this rebounding of side effects, and what advice they received from their rheumatologist?
