Advice please - C4/C5 Facet Joint OA, Injections?

Hi All

I am apparently in the Mild stage and coping with this newly diagniosed condition with; over the counter Ibuprophen and Co-codamol prescribed by my GP. I am doing daily stretching and strengthening exercises and having a weekly deep tissue massage with dry neeedling also. I am 62 and fairly active. Has anyone in the similar situation had any pain relief injections please and what was your experience like and cost? Looking forward to hearing from you,

It sounds as though you are doing all the right things with your newly diagnosed condition. You are asking about facet joint injections?

I can't guarantee all of these will be neck facet joints some will probably be further down the spine, but i hope they will give you some reassurance.
