Palindromic Rheumatism and Methotrexate

I have been on Hydroxychloroquine for 4 years and it works very well. My consultant has asked me to consider changing to Methotrexate. I am anxious about making the change as I feel well controlled. Does anyone with Palindromic Rheumatism take Methotrexate as it is not on the list of conditions that it is used for on the information leaflets?
