Hi everyone, I've seen a comment here but can't find it anymore about the "Joint Pain Programme" at the Nuffield hospital The programme is free of charge.
Has anybody tried this programme? Thank you.

Morning @pianoforte
I have done the Nuffield program and the Pain Management through local gym.
They were both good and introduced you to all exercises to see which best suited to you as an individual within their programs.
Plus yes were free and assume still are.
Please find attached links.......
Good luck
Best wishes @Naomi1933

@pianoforte I found the Escape Pain course really good - it was held at my local medical centre.
Hope you find something that works for you.

Hi @pianoforte
Thank you for posting on our Online Community, it is great to hear you are wanting to join an exercise programme, this is such an important part of manging your condition.
Thank you @Naomi33 for adding those links to help and all of the other helpful comments as well.
On the Versus arthritis website, we also have exercise with Leon, who is a trained Physiotherapist I have also added that as well.
Best wishes
Chris (Helpline Advisor)
