Trapped Nerve
Good evening,
I have OA in my hands, feet and ankles. I also have spondylosis in my neck with spurs, plus a painful rib cage.
For several months now I have had a trapped nerve in the right side of my back which catches when twisting and raising my arms. It radiates from the middle os my spin and slightly upwards.
What can I do to exercise wise to sort it out please? Is there anything else I can do?
Thank you.
Kind regards,
Anne Pratt

Hi @anniep
Thank you for posting on our Online Community, we are sorry to hear that you have been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis (OA) in several areas and Spondylosis, it must be difficult for you.
It is great to hear that you are wanting to exercise, unfortunately we cannot suggest what exercises are suitable for your conditions, it is best to get professional advice from a trained physiotherapist so that you know you are doing the correct exercises. We do have exercises on our website that you are more than welcome to look at but knowing you are doing the correct ones is important.
Best wishes
Chris (Helpline Advisor)
