Copper healers
Has anyone tried using Copper Healers and if so do they work.

I hadn't ever heard of these until I saw your post.
They look like insoles and aren't drastically expensive. Insoles themselves do help a lot of people. I have them myself although mine are custom-made for my feet.
My rule of thumb is if it doesn't interact with any meds you are on, it's not harmful and you can afford it then it's up to you if you want to give them a go.
Years ago I tried a copper bracelet which didn't help just gave me a green wrist! So perhaps don't wear white socks???

You might want to have a look at the link below - it discusses various alternative and complementary treatments for arthritis, including a short paragraph on copper bracelets. Evidently there’s no research to prove their effectiveness, but they certainly don’t do any harm and some people find them helpful.
