Stress and rhuematoid arthritis

Hi anyone out there suffering from stress and anxiety because of their condition? I got the flu just into the new year then recently have had a stomach bug, greedy I know! Had to come off the methoject because of the flu. Have finally stopped taking predisolone which I don't think has been helping. Have been suffering from awful stress and anxiety since coming off steroids and having the flu. Anyone having bad anxiety and if so any tips to help? X

I suffered with stress and anxiety at the beginning of my diagnosis as I found the change in my life style scary.

I attended Pain Management courses and joined Arthritis group which helped me understand my condition and meeting people with same complaints helped to as I did not any longer feel alone 😘

I googled internet and found local support group who meet once a month.

Obviously we are all different and people find different ways to help them through.
