Hip arthritis
For those who have experience of hip arthritis, particularly women, is lower abdomen/pelvic pain and discomfort in the groin associated symptoms?
Im fine when sitting or laying down but groin pain is bad when moving from sitting to standing, then Im in so much discomfort when standing that I can only walk a few steps. The discomfort is worse than the hip pain and no meds seem to help...

Hello @cox1058 have a look at the following which does include pain in the groin as a common symptom.
Best wishes

@cox1058 I think I had similar before my recent hip replacement. Although most of it disappeared with my replacement I seem to have some discomfort in the same place if I overdo my exercise which my physio put down to muscles that hadn't been used and which I now need to get working again. It might be worth you getting the reason for your pain checked by a physio just to see what it is and what you can do about it.
