Feeling left out

in Living with arthritis

Does anyone else feel like you get left out since having arthritis?

I'm 53 Married my husbands in the Forces I have 4 grown up Children , 5 Grandchildren but sometimes I feel so lonely.

I used to be a Dancer , Go out alot , Always out and about but as the years have gone on especially the last 5 years my arthritis Has spread to more joints my mobility is terrible it seems these days 4 walls and the TV is my typical day .

Does anyone else feel this way ?

    Hi @zuko2515 there is always readjustment when you get an arthritic condition. Have you tried talking to your husband and family? Tell them how you feel and that you need to get out. Hopefully they will realise and maybe you can plan days that you can do.

    Hope you find a solution that works for you.

    Hi @Loggiemod 3 of my children live over 2 hours away my daughter rings me constantly she must get sick of hearing Me moan , my husband does so much already bless him he has stuff of his own to deal with to.

    In the past few years I've lost my mum , my dad, and my brother and I miss being able to talk to them .
