Osteoarthritis in lower back and fingers

Hi, I am new here. I am suffering with osteoarthritis in my lower back and my fingers, it is very painful. I am on a waiting list for an M.R.I. scan. I can’t believe how quickly this has come on. I used to be so fit and healthy. I’m just looking for advice and tips please. Thank you.
