Hi its my second week of taking methotrexate how long does it take before the worn out feeling goes

Everyone adjusts to it differently its depends on if you are on the max dosage too or a lower one. I take 15mg and hydroxychloroquine it took me about 6 weeks for the major fatigue to let up but I still feel a bit tired the day after taking it now.
