Questions to ask consultant before hip op

I have my consultant meeting this Thursday

I've made a list of questions to ask him but what can anyone advise was their most important question to ask before hip replacement op ?

@anxioussarah Ooh, I can't actually remember. If you have a list that should indicate what is most important to you and to read the info noddingtonpete links to above.

Possibly the most important thing is to get a number to contact if you need it later if you realise you need an answer to something you've just thought about.
