Hello

I am new here , although not new to arthritis, but I am finding it increasingly difficult to deal with the pain …….. everywhere I have this has been tolerable over the years, but I am newly suffering with it in my feet, and cannot cope 🙏

Sorry to hear your concerns about suffering with pain in feet. Have you spoken to doctor/consultant for pain relief ??

have tried paraffin wax  I brought a bath kit and it really good when my hands and feet hurt a lot best relief I have found

Also compression socks help me recover quicker hope this helps
