Knee Orthopaedic Appointment

I have finally received my Orthopaedic Hospital Appointment for Friday 26th April. What I would like to know is if there is anyone on here who has had hospital treatment/op for the knee and if there are any specific questions that I need to ask the Consultant. My other half will be coming in to the appointment with me as support for me.

I know there are some very helpful people on here and look forward to getting a response.

    We are glad to hear that you have finally got an appointment. I attach an VA sheet about knee replacement surgery which will hopefully give you some background information for your questions for the consultant. Some of our members have a written list to take with them so they don't forget when they get to finally see the consultant!

    Thank you for your reply. I will definitely look at the knee replacement surgery sheet. It will at least prepare me for whatever the Orthopaedic surgeon intends to do and I will also make a list of any questions that I may think of. 🙂
