Facet joint syndrome

Hi I’m new here and this is my first post. I was diagnosed with facet joint arthropathy in my lower back last April, and from a repeat MRI this year there is signs of small deterioration in my lower back and signs of it in my neck. I also suffer with Fibromyalgia for many years. Does anyone else have similar or same condition. Would just like to get understanding of how others manage. Also the negative approach when people who don’t suffer chronic pain, can’t understand someone who does, as you can’t see pain. Thank you for listening.
