Patella Tendonitis
Hi
Does anyone have any advice please?
Last March, I tore my meniscus in my left knee, & was also diagnosed with moderate Osteoarthritis to which I underwent an Arthroscopy. After the injury, & my right knee compensating, I was referred to a consultant who diagnosed Patella Tendonitis in my right knee, & referred me for physio. I do knee exercises most nights for my left knee & also do the various exercises I was shown for my right for the Tendonitis, but it’s not getting any better! I have to wear a Patella strap when walking as that relieves it slightly, but can start to get painful after a while. I’ve had this for about 8 months now, just wondering if there’s anything else I could try?
Thank you

Hi @MandyN7
Sounds really painful, but knees often are difficult to fix they are a complicated joint so I've heard.
Have you looked at the Versus arthritis exercises?
8 months seems a long time to me as a non-medical person too I would be asking my Dr what next?
Take care
