Knee replacement

good afternoon…I need opinions please .. yes I know they will be divided !
I am about to have a knee replacement and my preop assessment is next week with op less than 3 months away .

I have been undecided for weeks to have it done or not . Not particularly for op but aftercare and recovery . I have pain spasmodicly. It’s more of a mobility thing with me .
I am 76 and love getting about as much as possible and go to a balance and mobility class weekly , of course I will be limited for a long while . I am in good health and not particularly over weight . I live alone , everything on the flat , with help at times .
what’s the general opinion please ?
