Hello @yani334455 and welcome to the online community.

Sorry to hear your concerns about your x ray have you asked doctor/consultant to explain this to you ??

They should then advise you of the next stages I am sure.

@yani334455 space is an interesting question. Have you also tried measuring your height lately. Mine has dropped by about 2.5 inches. No real explanation I was given from the nurse other than yes when people get older they get shorter. The surprise to me is how large and how sudden the change was at around the same time as Arthritis showed up.

I have to wonder that the arthritis has gotten into every single joint and why only some of them are causing trouble and not others, when in fact maybe they are all become a bit fragile, and it needs a whole new level of being careful what I do.

The cartilage makes a space between the bones of a joint so they don't rub on each other. When we are aging, the cartilage is getting worn so the space is narrowing. In end stage of OA, there isn't any cartilage and that's what we call bone-on-bone. It looks you are in a very early stage, maybe a normal wear and tear but maybe you'd want to double check with a specialist because a nurse is not qualified to give you a diagnosis. Take care
