Hopefully fingers and all crossed THR next month
Afternoon everyone hope you are all doing well, hopefully next month I will finally be able to get my left hip done ! After a long wait of over 2 and a half years ! I am over the BMI weight but my consultant has explained to me the possible risk but I really need to do this and he is happy to do it. Is there anyone that has been in the same position as me ? I have been unable to do any strength building muscle exercises because my mobility is so bad , I need two new knees as well .l have three flights of stairs to manage up and down each time l go out and then getting in the car I have had it, I use my motability scooter now when out because my knees are so bad. I have tried to cut down food intake and understand it is going to be a harder road for me but to get my independent life back I have to see it all the way through. Any help or advice would be appreciated
