Hi I'm new.
Hi
Have just found this group. Looking for support and shared experiences after being diagnosed with OA in spine. Not really really had much help from NHS only physio which hasn't helped.
But having treatment from osteopath today so hoping for relief. Its hadca massive impact on my life over last two years and now stopped doing lots of things I enjoy. But most sad about struggling to help with the Grandchildren.
Ant advice really welcome.
Thank you everyone.

Hello @Suejean and welcome to the Community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that will be your experience as well.
Sorry to hear you haven't had much support yet but hopefully the osteopath will be able to help you. In the meantime have a look at the following from our website which I hope will be of some use:
and also
Though you may want to ask your physio or osteopath if this is OK for you to do.
Please keep posting and let us know how you are getting on.
Best wishes
Peter

@Suejean having an osteopath sounds a bit James Bond. Whats it really like. The spine is so important. Do you have a goal from the treatment.
I want my knees to work so I can ride a bicycle, but I managed so far a recliner, which is pretty good going, once I figured out I could adapt my riding style. I'm hoping to buy one once I learn to ride it.
