Hi, Was recently prescribed Amgevita injections once a fortnight which really helped my RA, however as the drug is building up in my system I am finding I am very breathless and have a build up of mucous in my throat and really causing me problems, the RA has vastly improved but it’s making me feel really breathless and can hardly walk the length of my drive.

    hi @PoppyBaggins I would say contact your Rhematology nurses/ team. These sound like the kind of side effects that are causing a lot of impairment. I always think it’s a sum with what we gain on one side, what we loose on the other. They may reassure you & get you to stick with Amgevita, but there are lots of other biologics out there and one of them may suit you better.
