Not great pain

hi I am new to the community. Am 53(years young) used to be massively into exercise of any kind. Was diagnosed at 41 with osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia I have no labrum in my hips they need replacing. I have arthritis now in my back L1-2 and T11-12 I also have it in my wrists and hands. I am currently really struggling with SI Left inflammation which is causing all sorts of unpleasant pain and sensation. GP has just advised more pain relief, I am not a malingerer but this pain is quite debilitating and I am feeling grumpy and short tempered. Also feeling really frustrated as can’t really walk far. Have tried stretches but this can cause more pain. Any ideas welcomed 🤗

Hi @Emnew71 Nice to meet you.

Oh gosh I've just replied to @TINKS21 and you are both sounding to be struggling so much with pain😕

Neither of the two of you are lazy just in pain.

I hope reading the link the moderator gave you will help, but reading our posts might help as much and chatting to others in the same boat.

Silly question but have you ever tried one of those microwavable wheatbags? I find mine a real comforting help when my OA pains are causing me extra trouble.

    Take care
