Arthritis on the top of both feet
A few months ago I had terrible pains on my feet and they had swollen. I saw my doctor who said I had got a chilies tendons on both feet. After that I was referred to the podiatrist. Last Thursday I had an appointment with one of the head physiotherapists at Northallerton hospital and I pointed out the pain to her and she said I have got arthritis on the tops of both feet.

I have been given some gentle exercises to do and also some ibuprofen gel to ease the pain and it really works also I take paracetamol if and when needed too.

Good morning @Ricard075 welcome to the online community.
I'm sure you will find everyone here very helpful and supportive do please join in wherever you want to.
I see you have issues with your feet, but it seems your GP has been quick to refer you for physiotherapy. I wonder whether this information might be of interest to you?
Good to hear that the gel and paracetamol are keeping your pain under control.
Best wishes
Ellen.
