Muscle Pain
Hi, new to this group, thanks for accepting me.
I have arthritis in my right knee, and it is 'flared up' at the moment, so really painful, can't even drive the car. I do walk (hobble) around the house.
I am finding I am getting pain in my calf muscle and tightness above my knee, also upper leg muscle aching...is this normal? Could it be from walking and maybe over compensating?
Many thanks for any advice x
