Devil's Claw.
Has anyone who has RA and is on MTX taken Devil's Claw? Apparently it is supposed to help reduce inflammation. I would really like to move towards more natural remedies and I have come across Devil's Claw. I am starting to get more inflammation in my knees and I don't want to go back on steroids or take anymore drugs if I can avoid it.

Personally I just can't see how any supplement càn reverse our overactive immune systems. And, bearing in mind what uncontrolled RA can do, I wouldn't bother trying. However, if you're determined, do read this first.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

@stickywicket Like you I feel the same regards to getting rid of the RA but I'd like to find something natural which can help with the flare ups rather than keep popping Steroids or Naproxen. I'll give that link a read, thank you. 👍
